The Oniro Story
Started with a single apartment in Athens followed with a private house in Mykonos. Using those experiences to better understand the construction dynamics of Greece we expanded into a portfolio of luxury residential assets in Athens and then into a small boutique hotel in Mykonos, Oniro Suites where the Oniro Brand was born and developed in the following year into the Oniro Hotel group having in a short amount of time 3 hotels in operation and another 2 in under development.
Dealing from identifying the real estate asset opportunity into a cost efficient but high-end construction and then to the details of the operation covering the whole business cycle the Oniro story embodies our approach to how we approach investments and create value.
Poised along a leafy, tree-lined boulevard in the heart of fashionable Kolonaki, Oniro City has been designed and polished to absolute perfection.

Treppides Investments has acquired a significant minority position in MINT, a property and lettings management company specialising in short-term rental platforms like airBnB and booking.com. MINT has one of the largest apartment portfolios under management and specialises in high-end apartments across Greece.
Treppides Investments has invested in several properties in London, located in the heart of Knightsbridge and in one of the most prominent streets of Mayfair. At the time of purchase the properties were in poor condition and with short lease durations. Post acquisition the properties were fully refurbished into high-end apartments suitable for both families and professionals while successful negotiations with the freehold owners resulted in extension of leases to beyond 125 years. Acquired for rental income the flats are fully rented on a long-term basis with yields well above the market yields.
Treppides Investments acquired a significant minority position in the German Oncology Center, a newly established Oncology Clinic in Limassol equipped with cutting-edge technology and staffed with acclaimed professionals with a long experience in oncology clinics abroad.

Treppides Investments has taken a significant minority position in Covve Visual Network Ltd recognising the Company’s momentum in the CRM/Address Book space and its success in creating a unique product in this highly competitive space. Covve reinvents the traditional address book by combining an intuitive app with a powerful, cutting edge engine, giving users easy access to contact management, relationship management, personal CRM and private networking tools.
Treppides Investments is an early investor in Helbiz a shared mobility platform that provides first and last mile transportation solutions. Helbiz allows users to instantly locate and unlock the dockless, shared electric scooters directly through Helbiz’s app and provides an affordable, convenient, reliable and smart transportation alternative. The Company is dominant in the Italian market and is rapidly expanding in other geographies while preparing itself to go public at NASDAQ.
The projects consists of two imposing houses situated on 1,000sqm plots in a quiet neighbourhood overlooking Athalassas Park in Nicosia. Designed by award-winning architect Eracles Papachristou and using high-end finishes the houses will be completed in the autumn of 2019.
